Reco Keimar Clarke found guilty of causing Henderson Greenidge's death by dangerous driving on Foursquare Road, St. Philip. Sentencing scheduled for March 20 after jury verdict.
Reco Keimar Clarke HAS been found guilty of causing Henderson Greenidge’s death by driving a vehicle on Foursquare Road, St Philip, at a speed or in a manner dangerous to the public.
A jury took close to two hours to determine that Clarke, of Lot 17A Merricks, St Philip, was guilty of the January 5, 2018 offence.
Justice Anthony Blackman presided over the matter in Supreme Court No. 3A, in which Principal State Counsel Rudolph Burnett and State Counsel Treann Knight prosecuted, while attorneys Andrew and Matthew Willoughby acted on behalf of Clarke.
Clarke was remanded to Dodds Prison and a pre-sentencing report ordered for when he returns to court on March 20. (SD)
