Police Operation Leads to Court Appearance for Three Men Facing Multiple Charges in Bathsheba, St Joseph | District 'F' Magistrates’ Court

Police operation in Bathsheba leads to court appearance for three men facing a total of 13 charges, including drug possession, trafficking, and intent to supply various substances. District "F" Magistrates' Court presided over the case.
As a result of an operation conducted by police at Bathsheba, St Joseph, last Thursday, three young men went before a rural court on Friday, with 13 charges among them.
Shamar Oneal Atkins, 23, a labourer, of Scarborough, Christ Church, and Kade Ikeal Natario Goodman, 16, of Bathsheba, St Joseph, admitted to three charges each, while Andre Jamal Clarke, a 26-year-old proprietor of Scarborough, Christ Church, confessed to seven drug-related charges.
The men all went before the District “F” Magistrates’ Court, St Joseph, presided over by Acting Magistrate Carolyn Ward-Sargeant.
Clarke admitted he was in possession of 768.83 grammes of cannabis on May 23, that he trafficked the substance and intended to supply it. He also admitted to having 53.94 grammes of cocaine, which he also trafficked and intended to supply. His last charge was for having methylene-dioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) tablets. (SD)
