Minister of Education Kay McConney discusses lessons learned from a simulation exercise at Springer Memorial School, responds to criticisms, and addresses the concerns in a media conference.
Lessons were learned from the simulation exercise on Wednesday at Springer Memorial School says Minister of Education Kay McConney.
She also responded to criticisms that she should be replaced as Minister of Education following the controversial incident while speaking to the media after the launch of Future Forward Schools Innovation Challenge at Pelican Village.
A simulation exercise with armed masked, men in the school left both students and teachers traumatised.
The Ministry of Education held a media conference on Thursday to address the issue.
