Robyn Rihanna Fenty Launches Fenty Beauty Line in Barbados at Electrifying Event

National heroine Rihanna Fenty returns to Barbados, launching Fenty Beauty at a celebratory event. The singer expressed pride in bringing her beauty products to her hometown, receiving a warm reception.
National Heroine Robyn Rihanna Fenty, make-up mogul and singer, shouted to the rooftop that she was happy to be back home in Barbados.
Her visit this time was even more special as she launched her brand Fenty Beauty.
The recently held events and activities to celebrate the make-up products on local shelves climaxed on Thursday night at QP Bistro in Derricks, St James, for the Fenty Beauty official launch party.
The atmosphere was electrifying as specially invited guests welcomed the mega star when she descended the stairs at the restaurant, in her brown body-hugging dress, to loud applause and shouts to the “hometown girl” who obliged many with photos, even as she caught up with some of her long-time friends.
In an interview with the Saturday Sun, Rihanna spoke of how happy she was to finally launch the beauty products here.
“I always felt like this should have happened. I always knew it was going to happen but, obviously, you go through challenges in different territories and regions – there are a lot of things that you have to go through. We finally got it here and I knew I would feel really proud but I didn’t even expect for Bajans to feel the way that they did . . . the pride . . . to see how they cared and how invested they were in the brand meant so much to me and it was more she said.
Speaking prior to attending not sure she would have had the launch.
“To be here is the most Barbados and the entire region. back. We’re going to keep are going to come back to to expand, we are going to islands right now . . . and expected, so I can’t even tell more than I could have ever expected,” attending the party, Rihanna said she was had the opportunity to be present for important thing to set the tone for region. “The first place I ever met beauty, acknowledged beauty was at my home here in Barbados,” she said, jokingly stating that she makes the same face as her mother Monica Fenty when she applies her make-up.
“I was able to break into a creative industry through music and obviously music was the thing that got the attention, but God had other plans for me. I was able to create in ways that were very sincere and genuine, organic and authentic to the things that I love so it doesn’t even feel like a job. But when you bring it home, I cannot express to you guys what this day means for me to be able to celebrate with the people that deserve it the most – the community that has always propelled me to the next plane and given me the strength and the grace. You guys have always inspired me, everything about my brand – Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin – have been inspired by you, this country my people, my family, my friends, my ops. I love all you guys, you hear me.”
Rihanna added: “Coming home is always a pleasure. Coming home for something that is this monumental is something that I cannot even put into words.
