Shawn Ricardo Henry acquitted of indecent assault charges by unanimous verdict in April 2009 trial, represented by Senior Counsel Andrew Pilgrim. Prosecution led by Senior State Counsel Joyann Catwell and State Counsel Maya Kellman.
Shawn Ricardo Henry has been found not guilty of indecent assault.
The jury in the No. 4A Supreme Court returned the unanimous verdict in the April 20, 2009 matter before Justice Wanda Blair.
The 40-year-old man of 2nd Avenue Chapman Lane, St Michael, had been accused of committing the offence against a 17-year-old girl.
Senior Counsel Andrew Pilgrim represented Henry in the case, while Senior State Counsel Joyann Catwell and State Counsel Maya Kellman prosecuted.
