A St Michael man was given a CRD and placed on a six-month bond to keep the peace when he appeared in court last Friday.
Karl Kemar Antonio Worrell, 32 years, of Quakers Rd, Carrington Village, St Michael, was charged with obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty on August 25 along River Road.
When he appeared before Magistrate Knight of St Matthias Court at District ‘A’ & Civil Court, he was given a CRD – convicted, reprimanded and discharged.
Worrell was also placed on a bond for six months to keep the peace on the charge of assaulting a police in the execution of duty. Failure to do so is a penalty of $750 forthwith or one month imprisonment. (PR/SAT)
