Newly installed Chief Justice Leslie Haynes adjourned the matter so that important documents, missing from the application, could be filed.
The Chief Justice, however, ruled that in the interim the current status quo would remain the same – Pedro Shepherd will continue to act as general secretary, while Andre Worrell will continue to be president. (HLE)
